Strategic Role Overview

This executive role is for a senior fintech leader overseeing AI-powered risk intelligence, fraud detection, and predictive analytics platforms. The Head will drive the development of real-time monitoring systems, predictive models, and scenario analysis frameworks, enabling proactive risk management and regulatory compliance within Qatar’s financial ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities

• Architect AI-enabled fraud detection, risk intelligence, and predictive analytics platforms

• Integrate transactional, behavioral, and market data for predictive insights

• Implement governance for model accuracy, auditability, and compliance

• Lead distributed analytics and engineering teams delivering AI-driven solutions

• Provide executive insights to support strategic decision-making and regulatory compliance

• Drive continuous platform improvement, adoption, and integration

Expertise & Leadership Profile

• 13+ years in fintech analytics, AI platforms, or financial risk management

• Expertise in machine learning, predictive modeling, and financial data platforms

• Experience deploying AI solutions in regulated, high-stakes financial environments

• Proven leadership of remote, international teams

• Advanced strategic communication, governance, and stakeholder engagement skills

Salary Structure (International Benchmark – Qatar-Aligned)

• Base Annual Salary: USD 150,000 – USD 205,000

• Performance Bonus: 20% – 30%

• Long-Term Incentive: Model accuracy, fraud reduction, and operational impact awards
