The mandate centers on commodity price exposure, multi-currency cash orchestration, feedstock procurement finance, and real-time liquidity visibility across plant operations, aligned with Oman’s role as a logistics-linked industrial hub.

The role sits at the intersection of industrial treasury management, fintech infrastructure, and chemical production economics, requiring precision in both financial engineering and operational reality.

Core Responsibilities

• Architect treasury platforms that unify plant-level cash flows, procurement finance, and operational expenditures.

• Design real-time exposure models for feedstock prices, energy inputs, logistics costs, and output pricing.

• Develop liquidity forecasting engines integrating production schedules, maintenance cycles, and demand volatility.

• Establish automated controls for counterparty risk, settlement timing, and working capital optimization.

• Define data interoperability standards between operational systems, treasury platforms, and financial analytics layers.

• Implement resilience, continuity, and cyber-security frameworks for mission-critical financial operations.

Technical & Domain Expertise

• Advanced expertise in treasury systems architecture, cash flow modeling, and financial risk infrastructure.

• Deep understanding of chemical manufacturing cost structures and procurement dynamics.
