Position Overview:
We are seeking a Remote Executive Director of Digital Financial Transformation to lead Bahrain’s next-generation fintech ecosystem. This role requires deep expertise in digital banking, blockchain, AI-driven analytics, and cross-border payment platforms. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving strategic innovation, aligning technology initiatives with regulatory requirements, and overseeing execution of complex fintech projects.
Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement Bahrain-focused digital finance strategies encompassing payments, lending, wealth management, and digital assets.

Lead remote teams in designing and deploying scalable, secure, and compliant fintech solutions.

Required Qualifications:

Master’s or PhD in Finance, Technology, Computer Science, or related fields.

Comprehensive knowledge of Bahrain’s regulatory frameworks and international compliance standards.
