Position Overview:
We are seeking a Remote Executive Director of Digital Finance Innovation to lead Bahrain’s next-generation fintech initiatives. This role demands strategic vision, expertise in AI-driven analytics, blockchain, digital payments, and wealth management platforms, along with the ability to oversee cross-functional, remote teams.
Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement Bahrain-focused digital finance strategies covering payments, lending, wealth management, and digital assets.

Architect and deploy scalable, secure fintech platforms using AI, blockchain, and cloud-native technologies.

Lead remote multi-disciplinary teams to deliver innovative, compliant, and high-impact financial solutions.

Ensure adherence to Bahrain Central Bank regulations and international financial standards.

Monitor global fintech trends and integrate emerging technologies into strategic roadmaps.

Represent Bahrain’s fintech ecosystem in international forums and advisory panels.
Required Qualifications:

Master’s or PhD in Finance, Technology, Computer Science, or related fields; MBA preferred.

12+ years of experience in fintech leadership, digital banking, or financial technology architecture.

Proven expertise in AI applications, blockchain, digital payments, and tokenized asset solutions.

Strong knowledge of GCC fintech regulations and compliance frameworks.

Exceptional executive leadership, strategic thinking, and communication skills.
