Position Overview:
We are seeking an Executive Director of Digital Finance Architecture to lead transformative initiatives in Saudi Arabia’s fintech ecosystem. The role requires mastery in blockchain, AI-driven analytics, digital banking, and payments infrastructure, with strategic oversight of regulatory compliance and operational excellence across multi-disciplinary teams.
Key Responsibilities:

Architect and deploy scalable digital finance platforms encompassing payments, lending, and wealth management.

Lead remote teams in delivering AI-powered financial analytics and secure blockchain implementations.

Collaborate with regulatory authorities to ensure full compliance with Saudi Central Bank guidelines.

Develop strategic roadmaps for cross-border digital payments, decentralized finance, and emerging fintech technologies.

Conduct market and technological assessments to identify innovation opportunities.

Serve as a thought leader representing Saudi digital finance initiatives in global forums.
Required Qualifications:

Master’s or PhD in Finance, Computer Science, or Technology; MBA preferred.

12+ years in fintech architecture, digital banking, or blockchain leadership roles.

Proven experience with AI-driven financial platforms, tokenized assets, and digital payment systems.

Deep knowledge of GCC fintech regulatory environments, particularly Saudi Arabia.

Strong executive leadership, strategic planning, and communication skills.
