We are seeking a Director of Digital Payments & Risk Analytics to lead Qatar’s transformation in secure, data-driven payment systems. The role requires mastery of AI/ML, blockchain, and advanced financial analytics to enhance transaction efficiency, fraud detection, and regulatory compliance.
Key Responsibilities:

Design and implement secure, scalable digital payment infrastructures for domestic and cross-border operations.

Collaborate with regulators and fintech partners to ensure alignment with Qatar Central Bank frameworks.

Qualifications & Skills:

Advanced degree in Finance, Data Science, or related field.

12+ years in digital payments, financial analytics, or fintech risk leadership.

Deep expertise in AI/ML, blockchain, AML/KYC frameworks, and regulatory compliance.

Proven experience leading distributed, cross-border teams.
