Position Overview:
We are seeking a Director of AI-Powered Wealth & Risk Management to lead Kuwait’s innovative financial intelligence initiatives. This role integrates AI, predictive analytics, automated wealth management, and risk intelligence to deliver next-generation fintech solutions.
Key Responsibilities:

Architect AI-driven platforms for wealth management, financial intelligence, and risk mitigation.

Lead remote teams in predictive analytics, scenario modeling, and automated advisory solutions.

Ensure compliance with Kuwait Central Bank regulations, cybersecurity protocols, and international best practices.

Advise on digital asset strategies, investment solutions, and fintech product development.

Represent Kuwait’s fintech initiatives in global forums, advisory panels, and thought leadership events.

Drive strategic innovation for cross-border payments, digital assets, and AI-enabled financial services.
Required Qualifications:

Master’s or PhD in Finance, Data Science, AI, or related fields.

10–15 years of experience in wealth management, risk analytics, or digital finance leadership.

Proven expertise in AI-driven analytics, automated investment strategies, and predictive modeling.

Strong experience leading remote, multi-disciplinary teams.

Comprehensive knowledge of Kuwait’s fintech regulatory environment.
