Position Overview:
We are seeking a Director of AI-Driven Wealth & Risk Solutions to lead Kuwait’s next-generation financial intelligence initiatives. This role integrates AI, predictive analytics, automated wealth management, and risk intelligence to design intelligent, scalable, and compliant fintech platforms.
Key Responsibilities:

Architect AI-powered platforms for wealth management, financial intelligence, and risk mitigation.

Lead remote teams in predictive analytics, scenario modeling, and automated advisory systems.

Ensure compliance with Kuwait Central Bank regulations, cybersecurity standards, and international best practices.

Advise on digital asset strategies, innovative investment solutions, and fintech product development.

Represent initiatives in global fintech advisory panels, conferences, and thought leadership forums.

Drive strategic innovation for cross-border payments, digital assets, and AI-enabled financial services.
Required Qualifications:

Master’s or PhD in Finance, Data Science, AI, or related fields.

10–15 years of experience in wealth management, risk analytics, or digital finance leadership.

Proven expertise in AI-driven analytics, automated investment strategies, and predictive modeling.

Strong experience leading remote, cross-functional teams.

Comprehensive knowledge of Kuwait’s fintech regulatory environment.
