Position Overview:
We are seeking a Director of AI-Driven Wealth & Risk Management to lead Kuwait’s intelligent finance initiatives. This executive role integrates AI, predictive analytics, automated wealth management, and risk intelligence to design and deploy next-generation fintech solutions.
Key Responsibilities:

Architect AI-powered platforms for wealth management, financial intelligence, and risk mitigation.

Lead remote teams in predictive modeling, scenario analysis, and automated advisory solutions.

Ensure compliance with Kuwait Central Bank regulations, cybersecurity protocols, and international best practices.

Advise on digital asset strategies, fintech innovation, and investment product development.

Represent Kuwait’s fintech initiatives in global forums, advisory panels, and thought leadership events.

Drive strategic innovation for cross-border payments, AI-enabled financial services, and digital assets.
Required Qualifications:

Master’s or PhD in Finance, Data Science, AI, or related fields.

10–15 years of experience in wealth management, risk analytics, or digital finance leadership.

Expertise in AI-driven analytics, predictive modeling, and automated investment strategies.

Strong leadership experience managing remote, multi-disciplinary teams.

Comprehensive knowledge of Kuwait’s fintech regulatory landscape.
