Role Overview
The Remote Digital Banking Support Specialist will be responsible for assisting customers and internal teams with issues related to digital banking platforms and fintech services in the UAE. This role involves troubleshooting, providing user support, ensuring platform stability, and maintaining service quality. The position requires a strong understanding of customer service principles, basic fintech operations, and UAE’s digital banking environment.
Key Responsibilities

Provide frontline support for digital banking platforms, mobile applications, and payment systems.

Monitor system alerts and escalate problems to technical teams when required.

Document support cases and ensure accurate reporting for analysis and improvement.

Qualifications

Experience in customer service or digital banking support.

Familiarity with fintech platforms, mobile banking apps, and digital payment tools.

Good troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.

Strong communication skills in English; Arabic proficiency is an advantage.
