Position Overview:
We are seeking a Chief Digital Finance Officer to spearhead Oman’s digital financial transformation. This executive role requires mastery of AI-driven financial analytics, blockchain infrastructure, digital payments, and wealth management solutions, with strategic oversight of regulatory compliance, operational excellence, and innovation leadership across remote teams.
Key Responsibilities:

Develop and execute Oman-focused digital finance strategies spanning payments, lending, wealth management, and digital assets.

Architect scalable, secure, and compliant fintech infrastructures leveraging blockchain, AI, and cloud-native technologies.

Lead remote, multi-disciplinary teams to deliver end-to-end financial solutions with measurable impact.

Ensure full compliance with Omani Central Bank regulations and international financial standards.

Monitor global fintech trends, identifying emerging technologies for strategic adoption.

Represent Oman’s digital finance initiatives in international forums, advisory panels, and thought leadership discussions.
Required Qualifications:

Master’s or PhD in Finance, Computer Science, Technology, or related fields; MBA preferred.

12+ years in digital finance strategy, fintech architecture, or banking technology leadership.

Proven experience in AI-powered platforms, blockchain-based solutions, and digital payment ecosystems.

Deep knowledge of GCC fintech regulatory frameworks, particularly Oman.

Exceptional strategic thinking, leadership, and executive communication skills.
