To support this vision, the institution is seeking a highly accomplished Quality Engineering Manager to lead multidisciplinary QA/QC teams responsible for safeguarding enterprise-scale financial applications that process millions of secure transactions daily.
Strategic Responsibilities
- Build enterprise quality governance frameworks.
- Lead multiple Agile QA teams.
- Define automation strategies across banking platforms.
- Establish enterprise testing standards.
- Validate AI-powered banking solutions.
- Conduct security and compliance testing.
- Oversee performance engineering initiatives.
- Develop executive quality reporting dashboards.
- Improve release governance.
- Optimize testing efficiency using automation.
- Drive innovation within quality engineering.
- Coach and develop future quality leaders.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or equivalent.
- Master’s degree is advantageous.
- Minimum 10 years of enterprise QA/QC experience, including leadership responsibilities.
- Proven experience managing software quality within fintech, digital banking, enterprise software, or payment technology environments.
