Position Overview
An outstanding leadership opportunity is available for an experienced QA/QC Manager to oversee quality assurance and quality control operations supporting mission-critical financial technology platforms. This strategic role is suited for a quality management professional who can establish enterprise-wide quality frameworks, optimize testing methodologies, and ensure the successful delivery of secure, compliant, and high-quality software solutions.
The successful candidate will lead QA teams, define quality standards, oversee testing governance, and collaborate with engineering, cybersecurity, DevOps, and product management teams to ensure software excellence throughout the application lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement enterprise software quality strategies.
- Lead QA/QC teams across multiple technology initiatives.
- Define quality standards, policies, and governance frameworks.
- Establish software testing methodologies and best practices.
- Oversee manual, automated, performance, and security testing activities.
- Monitor key quality performance indicators and release readiness.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory and internal quality standards.
- Coordinate defect management and root cause investigations.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives across engineering functions.
- Collaborate with senior stakeholders on software quality objectives.
- Evaluate emerging QA technologies and automation tools.
- Manage quality documentation, reporting, and audit readiness.
- Support enterprise digital transformation initiatives.
- Mentor and develop high-performing QA professionals.
- Promote a culture of quality, accountability, and operational excellence.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a related discipline.
- Significant experience leading software QA/QC teams.
- Strong knowledge of SDLC, STLC, Agile, and DevOps practices.
- Experience managing automated testing programmes.
- Excellent leadership, project management, and organizational skills.
- Strong understanding of software security and quality governance.
- Experience with enterprise application testing.
- Outstanding analytical and communication abilities.
