Job Summary

An innovative fintech organization is seeking a proactive Product Officer to support the development and enhancement of digital financial products. The successful candidate will collaborate with cross-functional teams to define product requirements, monitor product performance, and deliver customer-focused solutions that align with business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in developing and executing product strategies.
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis.
• Gather and document business requirements.
• Coordinate with Engineering, UX/UI, Risk, Compliance, and Operations teams.
• Monitor product performance using KPIs.
• Support product launches and feature rollouts.
• Prioritize product enhancements based on customer feedback.
• Analyze customer behavior and product usage trends.
• Maintain product documentation and roadmaps.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Computer Science, or related field.
• 3–5 years of product management or fintech experience.
• Knowledge of Agile and Scrum methodologies.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.
• Experience with digital banking or payment products is preferred.
