• Establish governance frameworks for product development and lifecycle management.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related discipline.
• MBA or postgraduate qualification is desirable.
• Extensive product leadership experience within banking, fintech, or enterprise technology.
• Strong understanding of digital financial products and payment ecosystems.
• Experience leading enterprise-scale product portfolios.
• Excellent strategic planning and leadership capabilities.
