We are looking for a creative and analytical Product Designer to help shape digital financial experiences across web and mobile platforms.
You will work closely with product managers, engineers, researchers, and business teams to turn complex financial processes into clear and intuitive customer experiences.
What You’ll Do
- Design user experiences for fintech and digital-financial products.
- Create wireframes, user flows, prototypes, and high-fidelity interfaces.
- Conduct user research and usability testing.
- Translate customer feedback into practical design improvements.
- Work with product managers to define product requirements.
- Collaborate with developers to ensure accurate implementation.
- Maintain and improve design systems and UI components.
- Analyze user behavior and identify opportunities to improve conversion and engagement.
- Present design concepts and recommendations to stakeholders.
- Ensure digital experiences remain consistent across platforms.
What We’re Looking For
- 3+ years of professional product or UX/UI design experience.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating digital-product design.
- Experience with Figma or comparable design tools.
- Excellent understanding of UX principles and design systems.
- Experience designing mobile and web applications.
- Strong understanding of user research and usability testing.
- Ability to explain design decisions clearly.
- Experience with fintech, banking, payments, e-commerce, or other complex digital products is highly desirable.
