Where Customer Needs Become Better Financial Products
A successful fintech product starts with understanding what customers actually need.
We are looking for a Product Analyst who can combine customer insight, business analysis, and data to help product teams make better decisions.
You will investigate how customers use digital financial products, identify opportunities for improvement, and provide analytical support throughout the product lifecycle.
What You’ll Be Responsible For
Product Performance
- Monitor product KPIs and customer engagement.
- Analyze adoption, retention, conversion, and transaction activity.
- Identify underperforming product features and opportunities for improvement.
- Prepare regular product-performance reports.
Customer Analysis
- Analyze customer journeys and behavioral patterns.
- Identify friction points in onboarding and product usage.
- Review customer feedback and translate it into actionable insights.
- Support user research and product-discovery activities.
Business Analysis
- Evaluate new product opportunities.
- Support business cases and product proposals.
- Conduct competitor and market analysis.
- Assess the potential impact of proposed product changes.
Product Development
- Work with product managers and engineers to clarify requirements.
- Develop user stories and acceptance criteria where required.
- Participate in product testing and launch activities.
- Monitor performance after new features are introduced.
What We’re Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Computer Science, Statistics, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in product analysis, business analysis, fintech, banking, or digital products.
- Strong analytical skills.
- Excellent Excel and SQL capabilities.
- Experience with Power BI, Tableau, or similar tools is advantageous.
- Understanding of Agile product-development processes.
- Strong written and verbal communication.
- Ability to turn data into practical business recommendations.
A Strong Candidate Will Also Have
- Experience with digital banking or payment products.
- Understanding of APIs and technology platforms.
- Familiarity with customer analytics.
- Knowledge of financial KPIs.
- Strong presentation skills.
- Curiosity and willingness to challenge assumptions using evidence.
