An innovative fintech organization is recruiting a visionary Principal Software Developer – Financial Platforms to spearhead the design and delivery of sophisticated enterprise financial systems supporting digital banking, wealth management, institutional payments, and intelligent financial analytics.

Primary Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end software architecture for enterprise fintech products.
• Design scalable, fault-tolerant distributed systems.
• Build high-performance transaction processing services.
• Develop secure financial APIs and backend frameworks.
• Guide engineering teams through complex technical challenges.
• Establish coding standards and software governance.
• Optimize application security, reliability, and scalability.
• Drive adoption of emerging technologies and engineering best practices.
• Mentor senior developers and technical leads.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business requirements into robust technical solutions.
• Champion continuous improvement across the software development lifecycle.

Essential Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• 8+ years of professional software development experience, with significant exposure to fintech or enterprise financial systems.
• Expertise in Java, Kotlin, Go, or Rust.
• Strong experience with distributed systems, microservices, and cloud-native development.
• Proficiency with Docker, Kubernetes, and modern CI/CD pipelines.
• Experience designing secure, high-throughput APIs.
• Strong understanding of relational and NoSQL databases.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and mentoring skills.
