This position is designed for a fintech ecosystem architect specializing in embedded finance, API-driven financial services, and platform monetization models. The role centers on designing scalable frameworks that allow financial capabilities to be seamlessly embedded into non-financial platforms while preserving institutional robustness and systemic control.
Operating remotely while aligned with Kuwait’s digital finance ambitions, the strategist will shape financial service distribution architectures rather than individual products.
Core Strategic Responsibilities

Design embedded finance platforms supporting payments, lending, account services, and financial identity layers.

Architect API governance frameworks that balance developer accessibility with financial-grade security and reliability.

Define monetization strategies for financial APIs, platform usage, and data-driven service layers.

Establish scalable onboarding, provisioning, and lifecycle management systems for third-party integrators.

Guide architectural decisions across multi-tenant fintech platforms, sandbox environments, and production ecosystems.

Collaborate with global stakeholders to ensure interoperability with existing financial infrastructures.
Advanced Technical & Platform Expertise

Deep experience with API-first fintech architectures, developer platforms, and service orchestration layers.

Strong understanding of identity management, consent frameworks, and secure financial data exchange.

Proficiency in high-availability systems, rate-limiting strategies, and platform observability.

11+ years in fintech platform architecture, embedded finance, or digital financial ecosystems.

Compensation Structure (Indicative – Remote, Kuwait-Aligned)

Base Salary: KWD 8,500 – 11,000 per month
