This role governs the intelligence, analytics, and risk-decision layer of advanced fintech platforms. It is designed for a senior leader capable of transforming complex, high-velocity financial data into decision-grade intelligence systems that support platform resilience, risk visibility, and strategic foresight.
The position assumes ownership of analytics architecture, risk engines, and AI-augmented decision frameworks, ensuring that financial intelligence systems scale with transaction growth while remaining explainable, auditable, and operationally reliable.
Strategic Scope & Responsibilities

Architect and oversee enterprise-grade financial intelligence platforms, including transaction monitoring, risk scoring, and behavioural analytics

Design and govern predictive and scenario-driven decision engines supporting fintech operations and long-term strategy

Establish governance standards for data lineage, model explainability, audit readiness, and lifecycle management

Translate complex platform risks and growth objectives into scalable analytics system architectures

Collaborate with senior engineering, platform, and strategy leaders to align intelligence capabilities with system evolution

Continuously assess emerging developments in financial analytics, AI governance, and decision-science frameworks
Executive Profile & Expertise

12–16 years in financial intelligence, fintech analytics, quantitative risk systems, or decision-architecture leadership

Deep mastery of transactional data ecosystems, behavioural modelling, and AI-enabled analytics platforms

Strong command of data architecture, model governance, and scalable analytics infrastructure

Proven ability to lead high-impact initiatives in remote, globally distributed environments
Salary Structure (Oman – Remote International Benchmark)

Base Compensation: USD 150,000 – 195,000 per annum

Annual Performance Incentive: 25–35%
