Strategic Mandate
The Principal AI-Driven Financial Intelligence & Decision Systems Strategist is responsible for defining the cognitive and analytical architecture through which digital financial platforms make automated, explainable, and strategically sound decisions.
This role emphasizes decision intelligence, AI governance, and systemic insight, focusing on strategic architecture rather than operational implementation, ensuring AI-driven financial decision-making is ethical, resilient, and aligned with platform and regulatory objectives.
Core Responsibilities

Architect AI-enabled decision intelligence frameworks for fintech platforms

Establish governance, explainability, and bias mitigation principles for algorithmic decision-making

Evaluate emerging AI and analytics technologies for strategic and operational relevance

Translate complex technical architectures into executive-level strategic guidance

Produce white papers, intelligence blueprints, and advisory reports for senior stakeholders

Required Expertise
