This role is intended for a senior fintech professional who approaches financial systems from a research, systems-thinking, and design perspective. The focus is on understanding and designing how fintech platforms internally manage risk, regulation, data integrity, and systemic trust.
Rather than enforcing compliance, the role concentrates on architectural logic, analytical models, and conceptual frameworks.
Research & Design Responsibilities

Develop conceptual models for fintech risk intelligence, including transaction behavior analysis and exposure modeling.

Research and document system-level approaches to regulatory adaptability across financial jurisdictions.

Design internal governance and control frameworks for fintech platforms.

Produce long-form research papers, conceptual system diagrams, and technical-strategic documentation.

Analyze emerging trends in fintech regulation and financial system resilience from a design perspective.

Background & Expertise

12–18 years of experience in fintech systems design, financial risk analysis, regulatory technology, or applied financial research.

Strong analytical, research, and systems-thinking capability.

Ability to work independently on abstract, high-impact fintech design problems.

Comfortable operating in a remote, research-intensive professional environment.
