As a Principal Fintech Platform Engineer, you will oversee the technical direction of enterprise applications, establish engineering best practices, and drive innovation across distributed financial systems capable of operating at global scale.

Core Responsibilities
- Lead enterprise software architecture initiatives.
- Build scalable financial microservices.
- Design distributed transaction systems.
- Develop cloud-native fintech platforms.
- Build secure API ecosystems.
- Optimize application resilience and scalability.
- Implement software reliability engineering practices.
- Enhance platform observability and monitoring.
- Establish engineering coding standards.
- Drive technical governance and software quality.
- Lead architecture review boards.
- Mentor engineering teams across multiple projects.
- Evaluate emerging technologies for future adoption.
Required Experience
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Software Engineering or Computer Science.
- 7+ years developing enterprise software solutions.
- Advanced experience with Go, Java, Python, or Rust.
- Strong background in microservices architecture.
- Experience with Kubernetes and Docker.
- Deep knowledge of cloud-native engineering.
- Experience with SQL and NoSQL databases.
- Strong understanding of secure software design.
- Experience with distributed systems.
