Role Overview
This position is crafted for a fintech professional whose expertise lies in financial data ecosystems, analytics platforms, and intelligence-driven decision systems. Operating remotely while aligned with Qatar’s fintech landscape, the role focuses on building the data and insight layer that enables modern digital finance.
The Principal Lead will design analytics and intelligence frameworks that support forecasting, behavioral insight, operational optimization, and strategic decision-making across fintech platforms.
Key Responsibilities

Architect financial data platforms capable of handling high-volume transactional and behavioral data

Design analytics pipelines supporting risk insight, fraud detection, pricing intelligence, and performance measurement

Establish governance frameworks for data quality, lineage, transparency, and audit readiness

Lead the development of real-time dashboards and decision intelligence systems

Translate strategic and regulatory requirements into scalable data and analytics architectures

Guide the ethical and controlled use of advanced analytics and automation within fintech environments
