Role Summary
Join a rapidly expanding fintech banking ecosystem as a Principal Fintech Banking Solutions Architect, responsible for designing secure, cloud-native banking infrastructures that power digital payments, lending ecosystems, customer identity services, API banking, and embedded financial products.
You will collaborate with executive leadership, engineering teams, cybersecurity specialists, and banking product divisions to build scalable banking ecosystems capable of supporting millions of financial transactions with exceptional reliability.
Primary Responsibilities
- Architect enterprise digital banking ecosystems.
- Design API-driven banking integration frameworks.
- Lead modernization of legacy banking infrastructure.
- Oversee implementation of cloud banking services.
- Improve transaction scalability and system resilience.
- Guide engineering teams on banking architecture standards.
- Implement secure authentication and identity management solutions.
- Collaborate on payment gateway integrations.
- Evaluate emerging fintech technologies.
- Ensure architectural compliance with banking regulations.
- Conduct technical governance reviews.
- Support strategic digital transformation initiatives.
Candidate Requirements
- Degree in Computer Science, Banking Technology, Information Technology, or Engineering.
- 10+ years designing enterprise financial technology solutions.
- Experience with digital banking transformation.
- Strong expertise in cloud computing and enterprise architecture.
- Knowledge of banking APIs, ISO 20022, payment messaging, and cybersecurity.
- Excellent communication and executive presentation skills.
