Strategic Mandate
This role exists to own, define, and govern the logic by which financial value reaches finality within advanced digital finance ecosystems. The Principal Executive Authority will oversee digital settlement networks and transaction state engines, ensuring that every financial instruction progresses through initiation, validation, settlement, reconciliation, and audit with absolute determinism, resilience, and transparency.
The mandate is deeply infrastructural and long-horizon in nature. It focuses on settlement finality models, transaction state consistency, and systemic durability, positioning settlement not as an operational back-office concern, but as a core architectural pillar of modern fintech systems.
Scope of Authority & Responsibilities

Architect and govern digital settlement networks, including clearing logic, finality models, and post-transaction reconciliation frameworks.

Define executive standards for transaction state management, consistency guarantees, and failure recovery orchestration.

Establish doctrines governing liquidity synchronisation, settlement sequencing, and exception handling.

Oversee interoperability between settlement engines and upstream transaction processing platforms.

Lead multi-year infrastructure evolution roadmaps focused on scalability, determinism, and architectural longevity.

Act as final authority on settlement integrity, systemic exposure, and platform sustainability.
Executive Profile

20–26+ years in fintech settlement systems, transaction platform architecture, or financial infrastructure governance.

Proven experience overseeing high-value, high-volume settlement environments.

Deep technical mastery of transaction states, settlement mechanics, distributed consistency, and fault tolerance.

Exceptional ability to operate across technical depth, executive authority, and strategic financial stewardship.

Long-term, infrastructure-first mindset suited to mission-critical systems.
Compensation Structure (Saudi Arabia)

Base Salary: SAR 78,000 – 105,000 per month

Annual Executive Incentive: 40% – 60% of base salary
