Position Overview
An innovative fintech organization is transforming digital banking through cloud-native core banking platforms designed for scalability, resilience, and real-time financial services.
We are seeking an experienced Principal Engineer – Fintech Core Banking Platforms to lead the architecture and engineering of mission-critical banking systems supporting deposits, lending, payments, customer onboarding, and financial operations.
This is a highly technical leadership role requiring expertise in distributed systems, cloud engineering, API architecture, and financial technology platforms.
Key Responsibilities
- Design enterprise core banking architecture.

Required Qualifications

- 10+ years of software engineering experience within fintech or banking technology.
- Expertise in distributed systems and cloud computing.
- Proven leadership of enterprise-scale engineering teams.
