Strategic Role Mandate

This role focuses on the architectural design and strategic governance of fintech data platforms and intelligence layers. The mandate is to define how financial data is captured, structured, interpreted, and elevated into systemic insight that supports decision-making, oversight, and long-term platform intelligence.

This is not an analytics execution role. It is a data-architecture and intelligence-systems leadership mandate, responsible for embedding insight generation directly into fintech platforms.

Strategic Responsibilities

• Architect fintech data platforms supporting real-time and historical financial intelligence.

• Define intelligence layers for operational insight, strategic analysis, and executive decision support.

• Establish standards for data governance, lineage, auditability, and system transparency.

• Design scalable data architectures that evolve alongside product and transaction complexity.

• Collaborate with engineering and strategy specialists to ensure intelligence is architecturally native.

• Produce executive-level documentation detailing data models, intelligence frameworks, and evolution strategies.

Required Expertise & Professional Profile

• Extensive experience in fintech data architecture, intelligence platforms, or financial information systems.

• Strong understanding of how financial data translates into strategic and operational insight.

• Ability to operate at abstract, systemic level while maintaining technical credibility.

• Proven success in senior, remote, high-autonomy environments.

• Exceptional analytical depth, structured reasoning, and written communication capability.

Compensation Structure (Remote – Kuwait Aligned)

• Base Monthly Compensation: KWD 10,000 – KWD 14,000

• Annualised Range: KWD 120,000 – KWD 168,000

• Intelligence Performance Incentive: Up to 30% annually

• Additional Provisions: Advanced analytics tooling budget, executive learning allowance, extended contract continuity incentives
