Role Mandate
This role is designed for a senior authority in blockchain and distributed ledger infrastructure, focused on institutional-grade use cases rather than experimental implementations. The mandate is to define how ledger-based systems are engineered, governed, and integrated into broader financial architectures.
The role holder will act as the principal steward of ledger infrastructure strategy, ensuring scalability, auditability, and interoperability across financial platforms.
Strategic Responsibilities

Design ledger architectures supporting high-volume, multi-asset financial transactions.

Define governance, validation, and access-control models for distributed systems.
