Strategic Role Mandate
This role sits at the intersection of AI-enabled financial architecture, predictive analytics, and risk governance. The mandate is to architect intelligent fintech platforms where decision-making, operational risk, and compliance logic are embedded into the system, enabling autonomous, scalable, and resilient financial operations across multiple product lines.
This is not a data science execution role. It is a decision architecture mandate, focused on integrating AI and predictive frameworks into the foundational design of fintech systems for both operational and strategic impact.
Strategic Responsibilities

Architect AI-native financial systems incorporating predictive risk assessment, operational intelligence, and automated decision-making.

Define the architectural framework for embedding regulatory and risk logic into transaction and product workflows.

Establish systemic controls and monitoring standards to ensure explainability, transparency, and auditability of automated financial decisions.

Collaborate with distributed engineering, data science, and strategy teams to embed intelligence as an architectural native function.

Develop long-term roadmaps for AI-enabled financial architecture evolution, balancing innovation with systemic stability.

Produce executive-level documentation detailing AI integration, decision governance, and resilience frameworks.
Required Expertise & Professional Profile

Extensive experience in AI-enabled financial systems, predictive risk architecture, or intelligent fintech platforms.

Strong understanding of translating regulatory, compliance, and risk requirements into system-level logic.

Proven ability to operate at strategic abstraction while maintaining technical credibility in complex remote environments.

Exceptional analytical reasoning, architectural clarity, and executive communication skills.

Track record of designing systems balancing innovation, risk, and operational robustness.
Compensation Structure (Remote – UAE Aligned)

Base Monthly Compensation: AED 55,000 – AED 75,000

Annualised Range: AED 660,000 – AED 900,000

AI & Risk Performance Incentive: Up to 30% annually
