Performance Engineering

Candidate Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or related discipline.
- 8–12 years of experience in fintech engineering, distributed systems, cloud computing, or payment platform development.
- Expertise in Java, Go, Python, Kafka, Kubernetes, Docker, Redis, PostgreSQL, Terraform, Prometheus, Grafana, and AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
- Strong experience in performance tuning, scalability engineering, and high-availability systems.
