Position Overview
A globally focused fintech organization is seeking an innovative Principal Digital Asset Product Manager to lead the strategy, development, and lifecycle management of advanced cryptocurrency and blockchain-enabled financial products.
This executive-level position is responsible for defining product vision, customer experience strategies, feature prioritization, and commercial growth initiatives for digital asset platforms. The successful candidate will collaborate with blockchain developers, software engineers, cybersecurity specialists, compliance professionals, UX/UI designers, data scientists, and executive stakeholders to deliver scalable, secure, and customer-focused cryptocurrency solutions.
You will play a central role in driving product innovation across digital asset custody services, blockchain-enabled payments, tokenized financial products, digital wallets, and institutional cryptocurrency platforms.
Primary Responsibilities
- Define enterprise product strategies for cryptocurrency and blockchain-based financial solutions.
- Lead the complete product lifecycle from research and concept validation to launch and continuous optimization.
- Conduct market intelligence, customer research, and competitive analysis.
- Collaborate with engineering teams to develop secure, scalable blockchain products.
- Establish product roadmaps aligned with business objectives and customer needs.
- Analyze product performance using operational metrics, customer analytics, and business intelligence.
- Coordinate cross-functional Agile product delivery.
- Support commercialization strategies and customer adoption initiatives.
- Prepare executive business cases, product investment proposals, and governance reports.
- Monitor emerging blockchain technologies and identify innovation opportunities.
- Mentor product managers and contribute to enterprise product governance.
- Build strategic relationships with internal and external technology stakeholders.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Financial Technology, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related discipline.
- MBA or Master’s degree preferred.
- Minimum 8–10 years of product management experience within fintech, blockchain, cryptocurrency, or financial technology.
- Proven success delivering enterprise digital products.
- Strong commercial, analytical, and leadership capabilities.
- Experience leading multidisciplinary Agile teams.
