Role Overview
Lead the architectural evolution of blockchain infrastructure supporting institutional-grade financial applications. The Principal will provide technical direction across distributed-ledger systems, digital-asset infrastructure, blockchain interoperability and high-performance transaction environments.
Key Responsibilities

Define enterprise blockchain architecture and infrastructure strategy.

Design scalable distributed-ledger environments for financial applications.

Lead development of secure blockchain nodes, APIs and transaction services.

Evaluate Layer-1, Layer-2 and interoperability technologies.

Establish standards for wallet infrastructure, transaction signing and key-management systems.

Collaborate with cybersecurity, engineering, compliance and product teams.

Optimize blockchain performance, reliability and transaction finality.

Lead technical due diligence on emerging blockchain technologies.

Develop infrastructure standards for institutional digital-asset applications.

Mentor senior engineers and provide technical governance across blockchain initiatives.
Required Expertise
-
8+ years in software engineering, distributed systems or financial technology.

Strong blockchain architecture and protocol knowledge.
-
Experience with cloud infrastructure, APIs and high-availability systems.

Strong understanding of cryptography, smart-contract ecosystems and blockchain security.

Experience delivering production-grade financial or blockchain platforms.
