An advanced fintech initiative is seeking a Principal Blockchain Backend Developer to architect and develop the foundational infrastructure supporting large-scale digital financial platforms.

Responsibilities
• Design blockchain backend architectures.
• Develop high-performance transaction processing systems.
• Build blockchain node management frameworks.
• Create financial data synchronization services.
• Develop secure microservices ecosystems.
• Build monitoring and observability solutions.
• Integrate blockchain infrastructure with payment networks.
• Optimize distributed systems performance.
• Implement security controls and resilience mechanisms.

Required Qualifications
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems, or related discipline.
• 6+ years of backend software engineering experience.
• Extensive experience with Golang, Rust, Python, Node.js, PostgreSQL, Redis, and distributed systems.
• Strong knowledge of blockchain architecture and digital asset infrastructure.
• Experience designing scalable cloud-native applications.
• Understanding of cryptographic security principles and financial technology platforms.
