Key Engineering Responsibilities
Backend Architecture & Platform Engineering
- Architect and develop sophisticated microservices-based backend infrastructures supporting digital banking applications, financial APIs, payment gateways, and customer management systems.
- Design event-driven architectures utilizing asynchronous messaging technologies, real-time data streaming platforms, and high-throughput transaction processing engines.
- Build fault-tolerant systems with advanced load balancing, automatic scaling capabilities, and near-zero downtime availability.
- Optimize backend performance through advanced caching strategies, database optimization, and intelligent resource management.
AI & Intelligent Financial Systems Integration
- Develop backend services that integrate machine learning models, predictive analytics engines, fraud detection mechanisms, and intelligent customer insight platforms.
- Create scalable APIs enabling seamless communication between AI systems, mobile applications, web platforms, and third-party financial services.
- Implement secure data pipelines capable of processing massive volumes of structured and unstructured financial information.
- Collaborate with data scientists to deploy AI models into production environments using MLOps best practices.
Cloud Infrastructure & DevOps Excellence
- Design cloud-native applications utilizing containerization, Kubernetes orchestration, and Infrastructure-as-Code methodologies.
- Automate software delivery pipelines using advanced CI/CD practices.
- Implement observability solutions covering distributed tracing, performance monitoring, logging, and automated incident detection.
- Ensure systems maintain enterprise-grade resilience, disaster recovery readiness, and operational excellence.
Technical Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or related disciplines.
- 8–12 years of professional backend engineering experience, preferably within fintech, banking technology, or high-transaction digital platforms.
- Expert proficiency in Java, Go, Python, Kotlin, or similar backend technologies.
- Deep knowledge of RESTful APIs, GraphQL, microservices, distributed systems, databases, caching technologies, and messaging platforms.
- Experience with cloud environments, Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD automation, and cybersecurity best practices.
- Strong understanding of financial data security, authentication mechanisms, encryption standards, and secure software development principles.
