A high-growth financial technology organization is searching for a highly analytical Lead – Digital Fraud Analytics & Financial Cyber Defence to strengthen enterprise resilience by identifying, preventing, and mitigating sophisticated financial threats before they impact customers or operations.
This strategic leadership role combines AI-driven fraud intelligence, behavioral analytics, cyber defence engineering, and financial crime prevention to create secure digital financial experiences across enterprise banking and payment platforms.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead enterprise fraud analytics and cyber defence strategies.
- Develop AI-powered fraud detection and behavioural monitoring solutions.
- Strengthen digital payment security across enterprise platforms.
- Conduct advanced financial threat intelligence investigations.
- Design automated fraud response and incident management frameworks.
- Collaborate with cybersecurity, engineering, compliance, and data science teams.
- Improve customer authentication and identity verification systems.
- Develop executive fraud intelligence dashboards.
- Mentor fraud analysts and cybersecurity specialists.
- Evaluate emerging cyber risks affecting financial technologies.
Required Experience
- Degree in Cybersecurity, Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Science, or Finance.
- Strong experience within fintech, banking security, payment systems, or fraud analytics.
- Expertise in Python, SQL, SIEM platforms, cloud security, machine learning, and behavioural analytics.
- Professional security certifications are advantageous.
- Strong leadership and analytical capabilities.
