Core Responsibilities
Backend Algorithm Architecture
- Design and optimize advanced backend algorithms supporting real-time payment routing and transaction orchestration.
- Develop intelligent computational models for high-frequency financial event processing.
- Build scalable asynchronous systems capable of handling ultra-high transaction throughput environments.
- Optimize latency-sensitive financial APIs and distributed backend communication channels.
- Develop algorithmic logic for dynamic transaction prioritization and smart financial workflow execution.
Financial Systems Engineering
- Architect backend infrastructures supporting digital wallets, payment gateways, treasury engines, and cross-border settlement systems.
- Design scalable event-driven architectures for modern fintech ecosystems.
- Implement intelligent queuing systems for transaction synchronization and operational resilience.
- Support backend frameworks for reconciliation automation and real-time financial data consistency.
- Collaborate with fintech infrastructure teams on fault-tolerant distributed financial systems.
Data Processing & Optimization
- Engineer backend services capable of processing massive financial datasets in real time.
- Build algorithmic frameworks for transaction anomaly detection and operational monitoring.
- Optimize computational efficiency across enterprise financial processing environments.
- Support intelligent caching strategies and distributed data orchestration mechanisms.
- Develop scalable backend indexing and financial search optimization systems.
Security & Reliability Engineering
- Implement secure backend authentication and authorization architectures.
- Design resilient backend failover mechanisms and disaster recovery strategies.
- Collaborate with cybersecurity teams on transaction protection frameworks.
- Ensure backend operational alignment with financial governance and compliance standards.
- Support infrastructure hardening and backend penetration risk mitigation initiatives.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Financial Technology, or related discipline.
- Minimum 6 years of experience within backend engineering, distributed systems, or fintech infrastructure development.
- Advanced expertise in backend algorithm optimization and large-scale concurrent systems.
- Strong understanding of high-availability financial infrastructure environments.
