Principal Architect of Digital Wealth Platforms- Automated Asset Allocation & Fintech Advisory Systems

Location: Qatar (Doha | Strategic Hybrid)

Mandate & Structural Purpose

This role defines how wealth is digitally represented, allocated, and managed within fintech ecosystems. The Principal Architect governs the infrastructure of digital wealth platforms, focusing on automation, scalability, transparency, and system-level integrity.

The mandate is not advisory in the traditional sense—it is architectural, ensuring wealth systems behave predictably, fairly, and efficiently at scale.

Strategic Responsibilities

• Architect digital wealth management platforms supporting automated portfolio construction.

• Design asset-allocation engines driven by data, risk logic, and system intelligence.

• Define portfolio lifecycle management frameworks, from onboarding to rebalancing and reporting.

• Embed risk controls, transparency, and auditability into wealth platforms.

• Establish scalable advisory logic capable of serving mass-affluent and high-net-worth ecosystems.

• Design interoperability layers with broader fintech infrastructure.

• Translate financial-market behaviour into system-enforceable logic.

• Develop long-term roadmaps for digital wealth platform evolution.

Required Expertise

• Deep understanding of digital wealth platforms and fintech advisory systems.

• Strong grasp of asset allocation theory and risk management.

• Experience designing scalable, automated financial platforms.

• Ability to translate complex financial logic into deterministic systems.

Leadership Orientation

• Thinks in portfolios, not products.

• Designs systems that scale trust.

• Balances automation with systemic discipline.

Compensation Architecture (Qatar)

• Base Salary: QAR 1,350,000 – 1,700,000 per annum

• Digital Wealth Architecture Allowance: QAR 250,000 – 380,000

• Platform Impact Incentive: Up to 30% of base

• Long-Term Wealth Infrastructure Awards: Multi-year milestone-linked compensation
