This senior remote role targets a fintech architect with exceptional expertise in digital asset infrastructure, financial tokenization, and advanced market microstructure design. The position is focused on constructing institutional-grade frameworks that enable secure issuance, lifecycle management, trading, custody, and settlement of tokenized financial instruments across multiple asset classes.
The mandate emphasizes market integrity, capital efficiency, and systemic scalability, aligning digital asset innovation with global financial market standards and institutional adoption requirements.
Key Responsibilities

Architect end-to-end digital asset platforms encompassing issuance, custody, trading, settlement, and post-trade reconciliation.

Design tokenization frameworks for financial instruments, real-world assets, and programmable financial products.

Develop market microstructure models that optimize liquidity formation, price discovery, and risk containment.

Define governance models for on-chain and hybrid financial infrastructures, including validator frameworks and operational controls.

Establish interoperability strategies between digital asset platforms and traditional financial market infrastructure.

Integrate advanced analytics, surveillance mechanisms, and automated risk controls within digital markets.
