Role Synopsis

A Qatar-aligned fintech initiative is developing a high-performance digital asset and algorithmic trading ecosystem and seeks a Principal Engineer to design low-latency trading systems and quantitative execution strategies.

This role merges financial engineering, distributed systems design, and algorithmic trading expertise.

Core Engineering Domains

1. Algorithmic Trading System Design

• Develop trading algorithms for:

  • Market making

  • Arbitrage strategies

• Optimize execution speed and accuracy

2. Low-Latency Infrastructure

• Design systems capable of:

  • Microsecond-level trade execution

• Optimize network and processing latency

3. Digital Asset Infrastructure

• Build platforms for:

4. Quantitative Modeling

• Develop models for:
