As the Principal AI-Driven FinTech Applications Developer, you will lead the development of enterprise software that combines modern engineering practices with artificial intelligence to deliver secure, data-driven financial experiences for customers across regional and global markets.
Core Responsibilities
- Architect intelligent fintech software solutions powered by AI.
- Build scalable backend applications and cloud-native services.
- Integrate machine learning models into financial platforms.
- Develop secure RESTful and GraphQL APIs.
- Create responsive frontend applications using modern JavaScript frameworks.
- Improve software reliability, scalability, and performance.
- Collaborate with AI engineers, data scientists, and cloud architects.
- Lead software architecture initiatives and technical governance.
- Mentor engineering teams and promote software engineering excellence.
- Evaluate emerging technologies to support continuous innovation.
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Software Engineering, or Data Science.
- Minimum 8 years of professional software development experience.
- Strong expertise in Python, Java, C#, or Go.
- Experience integrating AI and machine learning services into production systems.
- Knowledge of Kubernetes, Docker, and CI/CD automation.
- Familiarity with SQL and NoSQL databases.
- Strong leadership, architecture, and communication skills.
