THE MISSION — CONNECT THE FINANCIAL ECOSYSTEM
We are seeking a distinguished Architect to design the technology foundations connecting modern financial institutions, fintech platforms, businesses and customers.
This is an architecture role for someone who understands that the next generation of finance will be increasingly API-driven, modular, interoperable and embedded into broader digital ecosystems.
You will define how financial capabilities are exposed, connected, secured and scaled across complex technology environments.
ARCHITECTURAL RESPONSIBILITIES

Design enterprise API architectures for financial platforms.

Establish scalable integration frameworks across banking and fintech systems.

Develop API-first strategies for payments and digital financial services.

Architect secure connections between internal and external platforms.

Design cloud-native financial platform architectures.

Develop event-driven integration patterns.

Establish standards for API performance, reliability and observability.

Design architectures supporting embedded-finance use cases.

Collaborate with product and engineering teams to translate commercial requirements into technical systems.

Conduct architecture reviews and modernization initiatives.

Evaluate integration technologies and emerging financial infrastructure.

Establish technical standards for interoperability and scalability.

Develop long-term architecture roadmaps.

Advise senior leadership on technology investment and platform evolution.

IDEAL PROFILE

8+ years of experience in enterprise architecture, fintech engineering, banking technology or platform architecture.

Deep expertise in API and integration architecture.

Strong knowledge of distributed systems and cloud platforms.

Experience with financial or payment platforms.

Strong understanding of security and identity architecture.

Excellent technical communication and documentation.

Ability to balance technical excellence with commercial objectives.
