About the Role
A fast-scaling financial technology enterprise is seeking an accomplished Managing Director – FinTech Infrastructure & Payment Networks to lead the development of resilient, high-performance payment ecosystems supporting enterprise banking, digital commerce, and institutional financial services.
The successful candidate will oversee technology modernization, infrastructure strategy, operational resilience, and enterprise payment innovation while ensuring exceptional reliability, scalability, and customer experience.
Primary Responsibilities
Infrastructure Leadership
- Lead enterprise payment network modernization.
- Design scalable financial infrastructure.
- Improve platform resilience and availability.
- Develop cloud transformation strategies.
- Strengthen operational continuity frameworks.
Commercial Strategy
- Support regional market expansion.
- Build technology partnerships.
- Evaluate emerging infrastructure solutions.
- Optimize operational investment priorities.
- Enhance service delivery performance.
Leadership
- Lead multidisciplinary engineering teams.
- Collaborate with executive stakeholders.
- Present strategic technology initiatives.
- Mentor future technology leaders.
- Foster a culture of engineering excellence.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, Finance, or related discipline.
- Minimum 12 years of leadership experience within fintech, payment infrastructure, or enterprise technology.
- Strong technical governance expertise.
- Proven success managing enterprise engineering programmes.
