This leadership role combines business development, strategic planning, sales leadership, and customer engagement, offering the opportunity to influence large-scale fintech adoption across financial institutions, payment companies, digital banks, and enterprise organizations.
Core Responsibilities
- Develop regional sales strategies aligned with business objectives.
- Lead, mentor, and inspire a high-performing sales team.
- Build strategic relationships with banks, fintech partners, and enterprise clients.
- Identify emerging opportunities within digital finance and payment ecosystems.
- Oversee contract negotiations and commercial agreements.
