Operational Mission
Lead the operational function responsible for detecting, investigating and reducing fraudulent activity across digital financial products while maintaining an efficient customer experience.
Core Responsibilities

Manage fraud-monitoring and investigation operations.

Establish procedures for identifying suspicious transactions and account behavior.

Lead investigations involving payment fraud, account takeover and transaction abuse.

Analyze fraud trends and emerging attack patterns.
-
Work with data and engineering teams to improve automated detection rules.
-
Establish escalation procedures for high-risk financial incidents.
-
Monitor fraud losses, detection rates, false positives and investigation turnaround times.

Develop operational dashboards for senior risk leadership.
-
Coordinate fraud-response activities across product, security, customer operations and technology.

Train and mentor fraud analysts and investigators.
Required Experience
-
7+ years in fraud operations, payments, banking risk or fintech.

Strong knowledge of digital-payment fraud and transaction monitoring.

Experience managing investigations and operational risk teams.
-
Strong analytical and decision-making skills.
-
Familiarity with fraud-detection technologies and risk platforms.
-
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Risk Management, Business, Data Analytics or a related discipline.
