The Mission
Own the operational framework that protects digital financial products from fraud, transaction abuse and emerging financial risk while maintaining a frictionless customer experience.
Responsibilities

Manage day-to-day fintech risk and fraud operations.

Develop transaction-monitoring strategies for digital payments and banking products.
-
Establish operational procedures for detecting suspicious customer and transaction behavior.
-
Lead investigations into payment fraud, account compromise and identity-related risks.
-
Work closely with product and engineering teams to improve automated risk controls.
-
Analyze fraud trends and convert intelligence into preventive measures.
-
Establish operational dashboards covering fraud rates, losses, false positives and investigation performance.

Coordinate incident response for significant financial-risk events.
-
Develop risk-management procedures for new fintech products before market deployment.

Lead and develop analysts and risk-operations specialists.
Experience & Qualifications
-
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business, Risk Management, Data Analytics or a related discipline.

7+ years of experience in fintech, banking, payments, fraud or financial-risk operations.
-
Strong knowledge of transaction monitoring and digital-payment risk.
-
Experience with fraud analytics and risk-management platforms.
-
Strong leadership, investigation and decision-making capabilities.
Performance Indicators
Success will be evaluated through fraud-loss reduction, detection effectiveness, investigation efficiency, false-positive management and operational resilience.
