Product Mission
Own the development and optimisation of digital solutions that make international money movement faster, more transparent and commercially efficient.
The Manager will work across product, technology, operations and financial partners to improve cross-border payment journeys and develop new capabilities for individuals and businesses.
What You Will Own
- Define the product roadmap for cross-border payment and remittance solutions.
- Analyse customer journeys and identify transaction friction.
- Develop product requirements for international payment workflows.
- Work with technology teams on payment integrations and transaction-routing capabilities.
- Analyse pricing, foreign-exchange economics and transaction costs.
- Monitor transaction success rates, processing times and customer retention.
- Identify opportunities to improve payment conversion and operational efficiency.
- Coordinate integrations with banks, payment providers and financial technology partners.
- Conduct market analysis across international payment corridors.
- Develop product experiments and measure commercial outcomes.
- Establish dashboards covering transaction volume, revenue, conversion and customer satisfaction.
- Present product performance and roadmap priorities to senior leadership.
Required Experience
- 6+ years of product-management experience in fintech, payments, banking or digital financial services.
- Strong knowledge of payment processing and cross-border transaction flows.
- Understanding of remittance economics and digital payment products.
- Strong analytical and commercial skills.
- Experience working with APIs and financial integrations is advantageous.
- Excellent stakeholder and project-management capabilities.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Technology or a related field.

Indicative Compensation: OMR 3,000–4,500 per month + benefits.
