Primary Responsibilities
- Lead enterprise transformation projects across fintech operations.
- Analyze business processes and identify opportunities for operational improvement.
- Develop transformation roadmaps supporting digital innovation and sustainable growth.
- Collaborate with Product, Technology, Operations, Finance, Compliance, and Customer Experience teams.
- Manage strategic initiatives from planning through implementation.
- Develop performance metrics and executive reporting dashboards.
- Facilitate change management and business process redesign.
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify emerging opportunities.
- Support executive decision-making with data-driven business insights.
- Promote continuous improvement and innovation throughout the organization.
Candidate Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, Information Systems, or related discipline.
- Experience in business transformation, strategy consulting, project management, or fintech operations.
- Strong understanding of Agile methodologies, digital transformation, business analysis, and financial technology.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder engagement abilities.
