An internationally expanding fintech institution is searching for an experienced Lead Web Designer to define the visual direction of enterprise digital banking ecosystems serving individuals, businesses, and institutional clients across regional and international markets.
As the creative leader for customer-facing digital experiences, you will oversee the design of secure online banking portals, payment platforms, financial education websites, merchant dashboards, customer onboarding experiences, and interactive financial tools that combine outstanding aesthetics with exceptional usability.
Leadership Responsibilities
- Lead the creative direction for enterprise fintech web platforms.
- Design visually engaging digital banking experiences.
- Build comprehensive design systems supporting multiple financial products.
- Guide UX improvements using customer behavior analytics.
- Collaborate with software engineers throughout implementation.
- Establish visual quality standards and creative governance.
- Manage design reviews and mentor junior designers.
- Improve digital accessibility and cross-platform responsiveness.
- Support conversion optimization through user-centered experimentation.
- Deliver polished design documentation and component libraries.

Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Web Design, Multimedia, UX Design, or a related discipline.
- Significant experience designing enterprise websites within fintech, banking, technology, or digital services.
- Strong portfolio showcasing responsive web platforms and complex digital interfaces.
- Expertise in Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, and modern design systems.
- Strong leadership, creativity, and attention to detail.
