A rapidly expanding fintech enterprise is searching for a commercially driven Syndicator to establish high-value partnerships, expand institutional payment networks, and create integrated financial ecosystems capable of delivering sustainable commercial growth throughout the GCC.
You will serve as the strategic bridge between financial institutions, enterprise clients, technology providers, and digital commerce platforms, creating innovative financial solutions that generate measurable business value.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop institutional payment partnership strategies.
- Build relationships with banks, financial institutions, and enterprise clients.
- Expand embedded finance and payment ecosystems.
- Evaluate commercial opportunities and strategic alliances.
- Lead financial product commercialization initiatives.
- Conduct market intelligence and competitor assessments.
- Prepare executive investment proposals.
- Monitor partnership performance and growth metrics.
- Collaborate with legal, compliance, engineering, and product teams.
- Deliver strategic recommendations to executive leadership.
Professional Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Marketing, or Information Systems.
- Minimum 8 years in fintech partnerships, banking, commercial strategy, or business development.
- Strong negotiation and relationship management capabilities.
- Proven success developing enterprise partnerships.
- Outstanding presentation and executive communication skills.
